Terms of Service

These Terms are a binding agreement between you and KeepReal(“we”, “us”) governing your use of Keepreal Reddit (the “Service”). By signing in or using the Service, you accept them in full. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service does

Keepreal Reddit is a research, content, and marketing workspace. It helps you identify relevant communities, monitor keywords, draft posts and comments with AI, plan campaigns, and track leads. You can act on that work in two ways:

• Publishing it yourself.Our browser extension fills a draft into the platform’s composer using your own logged-in session. You review it and submit it yourself. The Service does not submit content on your behalf.
• Managed marketing services. You may engage us to carry out marketing activities intended to help expand the reach of your content and your presence in relevant communities. Scope, timing, and price are shown when you place an order and are governed by section 5.

The Service is a tool and a service, not a result. We do not guarantee any outcome — no reach, engagement, ranking, traffic, leads, revenue, or that any content will be accepted, retained, or seen by anyone.

2. Your account

You sign in with Google and receive one workspace. You must be at least 18 and legally capable of entering into contracts. You are responsible for all activity under your account, for every third-party account you connect to it, and for keeping your credentials secure. You may not create multiple accounts to obtain additional starter credits, and we may terminate any account that does so without refund.

3. Credits, plans, and payment

• Credits are the single unit of consumption. Drafting, research, monitoring, managed services, and other actions each consume credits at the rates shown in the product, which we may change at any time.
• Starter credits. A new workspace receives a small one-time credit grant so you can evaluate the Service. It is granted once per workspace, carries no cash value, and is not transferable, redeemable, or refundable.
• Subscriptions. Paid plans include a monthly credit allowance that resets each billing period. Unused subscription credits do not carry over. Add-on credit packs remain available while your account is active.
• Renewal and cancellation. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until then.
• No refunds. All payments are final and non-refundable in all circumstances permitted by law — including partial billing periods, unused credits, credits consumed by actions or orders whose results you consider unsatisfactory, and accounts terminated for breach. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not reverse past ones.
• Credits are consumed when an action or order is placed, not when a result is achieved. An unsuccessful, partial, delayed, or reversed result does not restore credits.
• Failed payment. If a charge fails, we may suspend access until payment succeeds. Price changes apply from your next billing period after notice. Payments are processed by Stripe; taxes are your responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

4. Your responsibilities on third-party platforms

Third-party platforms are not ours. The user agreements, content policies, and community rules of every platform you use — including Reddit — apply to everything you publish or have published, and you are solely responsible for complying with them. You are the publisher of record for your content. Anything the Service drafts or proposes is a suggestion you are free to reject; the decision to publish, and the consequences of publishing, are yours.

A platform may remove your content, restrict your reach, or suspend or ban any account associated with you, at its sole discretion and without notice. We have no control over those decisions, no ability to reverse them, and no liability of any kind for them, including for any resulting loss of an account, audience, data, business, or revenue.

You will not use the Service to:

• publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harassing, or hateful content;
• impersonate any person or organization, or misrepresent an affiliation;
• send spam or bulk unsolicited promotion, or breach a community’s rules;
• evade a ban, suspension, or other enforcement action on any platform;
• resell or redistribute the Service, or access it by automated means we have not provided.

5. Managed marketing services

Where you engage us to carry out marketing activities on your behalf, the following apply in addition to section 4, and you confirm them in the product before each order:

• You direct the engagement. You choose whether to place an order, what it targets, and how it fits your marketing strategy. We act on your instructions and at your request. You are responsible for ensuring the activity is appropriate for your business and consistent with every rule, policy, and law that applies to you.
• No outcome is promised. Results may be partial, delayed, not achieved at all, or subsequently changed or removed by a platform. None of these entitles you to a refund or re-performance.
• Platform risk is yours. Any restriction, removal, suspension, or ban applied by a platform in connection with an order — including to accounts you own or connect — is your risk alone, and we bear no liability for it.
• You indemnify us. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold KeepReal and its personnel harmless from any claim, demand, loss, liability, penalty, or expense (including legal fees) arising out of an order you place, your content, or your use of the Service.
• We may decline or withdraw. We may refuse, modify, pause, or discontinue any managed service, for any workspace, at any time, without notice and without liability.

6. AI-generated content

Drafts are produced by AI models and may be inaccurate, misleading, incomplete, or resemble existing text. You must review every draft before publishing it and you are solely responsible for what you publish and for every claim it contains. As between you and us, content you create in your workspace is yours; you grant us the limited rights needed to store, process, and transmit it in order to operate the Service. All rights in the Service itself, including its software, models, prompts, interfaces, and data, remain ours.

7. Third-party dependencies and availability

The Service relies on third parties including Reddit, Google, Stripe, and AI providers. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Reddit, Inc. or any other platform. If a third party changes, restricts, prices, or discontinues its service, features may change or stop working. The Service is provided without any guarantee of uptime, and interruptions, maintenance, or discontinuation do not entitle you to a refund.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access or your account at our discretion — including for breach of these Terms, risk to us or to others, non-payment, or abuse of the starter credit grant — without refund of any amount paid or credit granted. Sections 3 through 12 survive termination.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND ANY WARRANTY ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that it will produce any particular result.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KEEPREAL WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOST PROFITS, LOST BUSINESS, LOST GOODWILL, LOST DATA, OR ACCOUNT ACTIONS TAKEN BY ANY THIRD-PARTY PLATFORM, WHETHER OR NOT WE WERE ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. These limits apply even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose.

11. Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless KeepReal and its owners, personnel, and contractors from and against any claim, demand, investigation, loss, liability, fine, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your content, your use of the Service, your orders, your accounts on any platform, or your breach of these Terms or of any third-party rule, policy, or law.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced in the product or by email before taking effect. Your continued use after that constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved on an individual basis; to the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive any right to bring or participate in a class, collective, or representative action. Any claim must be brought within one year after it arises, or it is permanently barred.

14. General

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between us and supersede any prior understanding. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force and the provision is enforced to the maximum extent permitted. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them freely. Neither party is liable for failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control. Nothing here creates a partnership, employment, or agency relationship beyond the services described.
